'La Borie Blanche' is a traditional stone house, but surprising as well because of the architectural influence. The owners made a match of high quality antiquities and modern furniture. Open planned fully equipped kitchen (double sink, induction cooking plate, oven microwave, refrigeratorfreezer, dish washer, Senseo espresso mach, etc.) large dining table, nice furniture. Sliding doors in the kitchen give access to the partially covered terrace with another dining table and view on the garden (south faced) and swimming pool. Next to the kitchen the living room with open fire place, comfortable settees, sat. TV, DVD-player, telephone, etc. The house has a playground and terrace at the back of the house next to the childsafe fenced pool (9 x 4 m). Several cars can be parked next to the house.

Au Sud de la Dordogne, près des villages médievaux de Prats du Périgord et de Discover the department the Dordogne with the busy,bustling medieval villages of Sarlat, St. Cyprien, La Roque Cajac and the bastide town Domme, and the department the Lot with a range of medieval castels (Bonaguil, Biron) and the famous villages St. Cirque la Popie Figeac, Rocamadour (the black Madonna) etc. The property is in a small hamlet of 5 houses (of which 2 are occupied all year round) at 5 km from Villefranche du Perigord where you will find everything for daily shopping: restaurants, bakeries, bars, butchers, post office, bank, small supermarkets (epiceriebar in Prats du Perigord), take-away food, chemist etc. At only 4 km.from the house, near Prats du Perigord, there is a small lake with sand beaches, playgrounds, etc.

Lettings are from saturday till saturday during Mid and High Season. arrival after 15.00 h, departure around 09.00h. Off season the house is also available for Long Winter Lets (800 euros per month excl. electricity) and weekends. Linen (sheets, towels etc.) available at 20 euros pp, end of stay cleaning possible at 75 euros. Pets are welcome.
