Villa any comfort classified 3 stars by the Prefecture of the Apple-brandy in the vicinity immediate acces to the sea, shops and leisure, with a small private garden with barbecue. Independent kitchen, back kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, TNT and DVD, WC. On the 1st floor; 1 room with sea-green bed 2 + wash-hand basin, 1 room with sea-green bed 2 + reads 1 sea-green + wash-hand basin, 1 room with sea-green bed 2, bathroom with shower jets massing, WC. On the 2nd floor; 1 room with sea-green bed 1 + wash-hand basin. Possibility of adding a bed bb (standard bed umbrella). The house is equipped with a softener water with filter (anti limestone, lead, nitrate, mercury). Hiring of linen of bed: 10euros per pers. End of stay cleaning: 80 euros so not made by the tenants. Loads peak season (fixed price fuel): 60euros. Average charges and low season (fixed price fuel): 85euros. Water: 5.25euros 1m3. Gas and electric 1.45 euros kw. Visitor's tax (by day and anybody): 0.64euros.
