This is a 4th floor apartment located in a primarily residential area, covering a total area of 60 m². It provides one double bedroom, living/dining room (with a TV set), kitchen (includes a microwave and a washing machine) and one bathroom with shower. One cradle and 2 sofa beds might be provided. The apartment is provided with nice and cosy furniture and was totally renovated in 1998. It is south exposed and quite sunny, which assures mild and pleasant temperatures even during winter time. The building is provided with lifts.

The apartment is situated at the Lisbon coast - halfway to Lisbon city centre (17 km), Estoril (15 km), Cascais (17 km) and Sintra (20 km). The beaches of Paço de Arcos (2 km), Oeiras (3 km), Estoril (15 km) and Guincho (25 km) are nearby. It is very well located near the Oeiras technological and business centres, namely Quinta da Fonte (1,5 km) and TagusPark (7 km) in the residential area in Oeiras / Paço de Arcos (Bairro da Figueirinha). The vicinity of the apartment is mainly occupied with 6-storey residential buildings and small commercial units, such as supermarkets (3), coffee shops (1), restaurants and a pharmacy. Shopping centre Oeiras Parque and Carrefour supermarket are located at about 5 minutes by car. Oeiras new green area - Parque dos Poetas – is just 200 m far. There is a bus stop at 50 m. Buses allow transport to a number of destinations, including Oeiras and Paço de Arcos (1,5 km) railway stations. Numerous free (and secure) parking areas are around.
