Our Zen gite is waiting for you to have wonderful moments with family or friends, in the heart of a nice wooded village stepped in history, 15 minutes away from EPERNAY, capital of CHAMPAGNE. You will be delighted with its design style and its Zen garden. Modest and top sportsmen will let off steam in the CAP AVENTURES located in the woods of the wonderful feudal castle of the village (tree climbing, mountain bike, paint ball...) for quieter people, trout fishing, hiking in the woods... and after all those efforts...RELAXATION of a room with shower, infra-red sauna...and...an outstanding vaulted cellar where you can learn to savour our wonderful Champagne beverage. No long journey to do, 2 well-known restaurants, located 10 and 50 metres from your gite, will welcome you with pleasure... unless if you cook it yourself. Everything is ready ! We will look after your comfort.

You can rent bed and bathroom linen (6? and 3? per person), optional cleaning ?65; at your arrival a ?460 security deposit is required after the arrival inventory and statement of state of repair, which will be refunded at the final one. A ?25 deposit is required at booking and the balance is paid at your arrival. We will send you a contract as well as our bank reference by email.
