Photos and Description of this Plouer-sur-Rance holiday house

The house is an eighteenth century long house, which has undergone a recent renovation (2007) which consists of a central part, surrounded by several stone outbuildings. It is situated in the picturesque village of Plouer sur Rance and is a real haven of peace. There is a large enclosed garden situated at the back of the house (1800m?) where a portable swimming pool (diameter 4,78m) is installed in the summer. There is a gravel covered gated courtyard in front of the house, with parking for up to four cars. The house has been renovated in keeping with its past, the walls of the living room and dining room are in whitewashed pinewood panels, wood or sea grass on the floors, with numerous antique etchings and paintings on the walls. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen (large capacity fridge-freezer, dish washer) gives on to a large patio which leads into the garden (wooden table and chairs, top quality Weber barbecue).
