Pretty outbuilding (50 m2) obtained from the restoration of an ex-hayloft set in the Umbrian countryside, near to the picturesque hamlet of Borgaria. Set half way up a hill (300 m a.s.l.) the house benefits from beautiful views over the countryside. Peaceful position, approx. 15 m is the house where the owners occasionally stay. The house is surrounded by an equipped lawn which is for the guests use only. There is a swimming-pool (6x12, max 2.60 m deep) (1/6-30/9) and barbecue on the lawn (7.000 m2) between the two houses and shared with the owners. Covered parking place.
