Light and airy, this new stylish property has on the first floor a sitting-room with angled sofa bed,(160),to the right side is the dining-room with designer kitchen with all appliance one needs. Off the sitting-room is a shower room and separate toilet. The large balcony has a table and chairs perfect for dining in front of the beautiful view of Nice, the sea, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, the mountains and the quiet park previously called "Jardin des Tropiques". Wooden stairs lead down to the ground floor, which opens to a double bed (2x80) with desk dressing-table, a shower-room-toilet. Next door, there is a double room (180) with a bathroom with sink with storage and bidet and a separate toilet. Both of these rooms have sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace and the private garden. Each floor has his own entrance. Lift to all floor and direct access to the secure parking.
