Owner rents Chalet Villa Oliveras, located in Las Tres Calas Residential (Costa Dorada), Spain. It’s a group of two residences, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each one with separated access; at 50 meters from the Residential's shopping centre and approx. 2 Km from sandy beaches. Each residence has lounge-dinning room, fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, 3 twin-bedded rooms with writing desk, two of which are opened directly to the terrace, toilet and fully-equipped bathroom. Useful area: 95 m2. Sleeps 6 / 7. It is recommended for groups and big families. Renting preferably fortnightly, from May to October.

Within the city limits of L’Ametlla de Mar and at the a distance of only 2 Km from downtown, it has privileged situation and unsurpassable communications: Highway N-340, Motorway AP-7 and train. All kinds of services are located within the Residential Development area: shopping center, restaurants, tennis courts, petanque, mini-golf, etc. “Las Tres Calas” owes its name to the three most beautiful bays of the Gulf of St. Jordi, i.e. Cala Forn, Cala Vidre and Cala Mosques. Near to the area you will also find Cala de les Ampolles and the beach named Platja del Torrent del Pi. To all these advantages we could add the quietness of area, as only individual houses with private gardens are allowed to be constructed.
