At the ground floor, there is a south-facing private swimming pool of more than 20m2 ideal for meals or laying around. Its surface of more than 35 m2 enables the reception of 4 people under excellent conditions. Furthermore, its equipment is very complete: fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, mixed oven (microwave and traditional), TV lcd 56 cm, Wi-Fi, telephone with direct line.

The residence is located at the edge of the river (le Loup), 100m away from the centre of the Villeneuve Loubet village. It is an authentic Provençal village with its typical alleyways, and its numerous shops and restaurants. Its location is privileged : very close to the seashore (less than 3km) and to the highway entrance, it is located only 7 km away from the airport, 3km away from the SNCF railway station of Cagnes sur Mer, 2015 km away from Cannes, 5 km away from Paul de Vence.... It offers a direct view of the hinterland: Vence, Grasse...Villeneuve Loubet, famous for its marina (Angel Bay) and proposes activities of great interest: a famous riding school, a tennis school, adventure playground, labyrinth and golf. Its proximity to the Marineland, Aqua splash, Antibeland, the small farmhouse of Far West, the butterfly jungle, the Siesta and its coin machines make of it an ideal place for nice holidays.
