Our house is situated in the département ?Loire Atlantique?, in the western part of France along the Loire estuary, 54 kilometers away from Nantes and 420 km from Paris. In fact, its location happens to be quite convenient to get groups scattered over France or Europe gathered. Main access over the National road N165 ( NantesVannes). Coming from Nantes, take exit 13 in direction of ?Le Calvaire?. At the Le Calvaire crossroad, take the Père de Montfort street , then turn the second street to the left, you're already on the Route du Menhir. 80 meters further on your right, you'll see our house stone facade. A train station connecting to Paris in less than 3 hours is to be found 6 kilometers away from the house.

  • We rent our house exclusively during holiday season.
    At present ( season 20092010) following rates are available:
    - week end : 480euros (all included)
    - Holiday week end ( except July August) : 520 euros ( all included)
    weekly rate: between 1300euros (low season) and 1650euros ( very high season
    Christmas January1st ( all included)
    High Season ( July August ) 1550 euros ( all included)
    If you wish to book , please contact us per E-mail. Don't forget to mention Name, address, phone numbers . Within two days, you'll receive 2 copies of your rental contract .
    Please send us one signed copy back with a cheque for 13 of the total rent amount.
    The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival. You'll also be asked to leave a guarantee
    of 500 euros and to show an insurance certificate for summer house rental.

  • Two bathrooms with toilets are available downstairs and allow access to disabled people. On the first floor our bathrooms offer 3 showers and 2 toilets.

  • including - 3 Double Beds, 15 Single Beds, 4 Sofa beds/Futons
  • Our rooms are conveniently adaptable, depending on your needs . First floor: 4 bedrooms . One of them is 60 m2 big and can even be used as a dormitory if necessary ( very often the favorite room for children), it's equipped with single beds . The 3 other rooms offer double beds, which can be changed into single beds. On the ground floor, 3 rooms and a veranda can also be alternatively used as a sleeping place ( 4 Sofas ) . One of those rooms is 36m2 large and totally soundproof. In cold winter days a central heating offers a comfortable and warm temperature. In summertime, teens and young people can also camp out in the garden and use one of the house mattress ?.

Notes: Our house is fully equipped to accommodate groups of 20 persons. Dishes, plates , a huge gas cooker with a 90 cm oven will allow you to cook for all. Tables , chairs and benches stay at your disposal. In summertime garden furniture and deckchairs will be appreciated. Barbecue and sunshade are also staying at your disposal. In wintertime, you'll appreciate sitting near the two fireplaces ( dry wood is also provided and included in the rent price, like the other expenses such as water, electricity, gas) Internet access (wi fi ), dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and all electrical appliances will allow you to thoroughly enjoy your stay . Television,movie player, parlor and board games, books and magazines are also provided. To be rent: - DVD CD CD-R RW MP3 player 5euros per week end and 10euros per week. Ping pong table 10 euros per week end, 30 per week
