L'Ea di Lavru is a stone village in a modern medieval style, just a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches of the world. It is located in front of the astonishing vista of Tavolara island. This impressive rock, like an overhanging Dolomite peak, stands in emerald waters, floating between the dreaming colours of sky and sea. The architect has arranged the houses in groups of independent villas among small areas of Mediterranean scrub, delightful pink granite rocks and flowerbeds. From the living room and bedroom you step out upon large terraces at ground level as part of the garden. The atmosphere is enhanced by the scent of a thousand different bushes and trees - red, violet and orange bougainvilleas, giant daisies, and century-old wild olive trees. The outdoor paths resemble those of old medieval villages, although they have a modern touch, with natural materials like large golden paving-stones and fired bricks to form romantic paths.

This cosy holiday apartment has a lovely veranda with a breathtaking view on the gulf. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with hand-painted tiles, a bathroom with shower and a small wardrobe room. Like all the apartments it has an electronic safe-box, double curtains and TV socket.

This area was personally chosen by the owner for the fascinating scenery and the wonderful beaches in the surroundings, each one different from the other: rocky bays, sandy creeks and the Tahiti beach with white and pink sand and tropical colours. Along the cast you can spot several interesting restaurants and country inns where you can have typical Sardinian meals and any kind of Italian food. Around the area there are also all the facilities you might look for. You can choose among horse rides, cross-country driving, diving, sailing for small and big groups, and lots more.

Absolute dream-holidays

L'Ea di Lavru is is a beautifully setted place not only twenty minutes drive from Olbia airport but also within short reach of enchanting beaches. Absolutely special is the loving care with which the owner Flavio designed his little "village" and looks after it. From the first contact while booking our appartment until two weeks after our return home Flavio supported us in a very organised but kind and helpful way (we had some problems with our hired car, even in this case he stepped in for our cause). His recommendations for trips to the must places to see were absolute up-to-date and therefore more relevant than any printed tour guide. You'll meet him strolling around to help his guests and will be looking foreward to yet another interesting chat with him. Our appartment was very well equipped, beds and mattrasses, towel, linen and kitchen equipment are new, the furniture is solid and in the best of taste.
A perfect holiday in an individually designed complex of appartements.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Porto San Paolo

Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Seine Tipps bezüglich Ausflüge, Restaurants Insidertipps waren sehr wertvoll und hilfreich - wir hätten ansonsten viele "Dinge" nicht gesehen.
Die Anlage und Einrichtung der Appartments ist sehr harmonisch und stillvoll.
Zwei überaus zufriedene Gäste, die sehr gerne wiederkommen - Günter und Angelika

Sehr schön und erholsam

Die Wohnung und die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns zu dritt dort sehr wohlgefühlt und auch der tägliche Spaziergang zum Hafen wurde zum Ritual. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Für reinen Strandurlaub braucht man ein Auto, um an die Badestrände zu gelangen. Als Ausgangspunkt entlang der Ostküste wunderbar geeignet und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt.

Die Appartementanlage L'Ea di Lavru ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die meisten der 11 Wohnungen bieten von Balkon oder (Dach-) Terrasse einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Insel Tavolara, die majestätisch vor der Küste thront. Durch die Lage am Ortsrand ist die Anlage verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen; die vorbeiführende Straße ist nur wenig befahren. Der Eigentümer - Flavio - ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Neben einem von ihm verfaßten ausführlichen Reiseführer, steht er auch persönlich gerne hilfreich zur Verfügung. Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausführlich beschrieben; Restaurant-Besuche arrangiert er gerne, incl. Tischreservierung, Menüvorschlag und Gästerabatt. Zahllose Strände in der Nähe laden zum Baden ein und es ist kein Problem, jeden Tag einen anderen zu besuchen. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert für romantische Selbstversorger.
