Photos and Description of this Castel Giorgio holiday farmhouse 4 huge bedrooms, elegant living room and big kitchen both with fireplace

It is a 200-sqm old stone house, surrounded by a very original garden with oak and chestnut woods not far. It's situated in a organic/permaculture farm with lots of bio-diversity. Wildness is its precious characteristic. Very isolated and quite with space and light inside. It is furnished with original antiques and family heirlooms; with 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin bedded room). There is a big liveable kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped and a spacious living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace that leads to a 35-sqm portico with a wide open panorama. There is also a 3,5 x 12 mt swimming pool overlapping with running water and view(1May-30Sept). A 2,5 km track leads into town with shops and facilities. Situated in an area of great historical and artistic interests (Etruscanspiritual center): Orvieto (17 km); Bolsena lake (15 km); Civita di Bagnoreggio (16 km). Both Siena and Rome airports, are an easy hour and a half drive away. Train station: half an hour away.

Medieval and Renaissance towns and villas are spread all over this area. The seaside is just 70 Km away, with different beaches, parks and harbours to visit. This is a great area for olive oil and wine production, with its Slow Food manifestations.
