The villa, a beautiful garden property, is positioned on the wild and fascinating Pineta di Roccamare, 2 minutes away from an uncontaminated sea cost. It dates back to 1970, it has been completely renovated in 2005, and it?s furnished with antiques in typical Tuscany?s country style. The house is provided of every comfort, 2.000 sq m garden (with friendly, domestic animals -cats and dogs-), guardian. On the 1st floor there is a big hall with a fireplace, a dining room, a big kitchen, a triple queen size bedroom, a double bathroom with a shower each, a double bathroom with a shower. A big staircase takes you to the basement floor where there are: a queen size bedroom, a bathrooms with a shower. The floral gardens made in the Mediterranean style, the gardener and the maid at the guest's disposal give the finishing touch to this prestigious villa that is 5 minutes from the historical village of Castiglione della Pescaia.
