Exceptionable.belle Site restored house within the walls of a Renaissance chateau, overlooking the valley of the Dronne, very quiet, bordering South-Périgord charente with very large park, swimming pool 12 mx 6 m + novel staircase for private use. owners living in the mansion, very discreet but available if needed for help or information. Near village with shops (Tex-Mex restaurant, bar, hairdresser, grocery store, butcher, post ...). 3 km of an aquatic recreation center (The paradou) with games, bar, tennis, miniature golf and pedal . 300 m of a canoe-kayaking on the river "The drone" with possibility of fishing. A 80 km from Bordeaux (airport), 35 km from Saint-Emilion Pomerol, 65 km from Périgueux, 55 km from Angouleme station (SNCF). Propriété closed the night by an automatic gate (remote control available to tenants). Supermarkets pharmacies, doctors to 7 km (Chalais-La Roche-Chalais). The tenants on their arrival home a basket with wine, cheese, butter, milk and bread
