Villa with lovely views and peacefully situated equipped with air conditioning throughout and mosquito screens on windows. Terraced garden but very well fenced making it very suitable for children. Garden with lighting and automatic night watering system has unusual shaped pool 15 x 3-5 x 0.3-2m depth with security alarm. Pool shower. Balconies for outside dining, 2 with electric canopies, all with lovely views. North terrace area for cooler dining, patio area with additional tables and chairs and electric canopy. Entrance hall leading to sitting room with sofas, open fireplace, sat TV, video, DVD The property is fully air-conditioned throughout. A separate apartment with a completely separate entry is located at the ground floor of the Villa. The owner lives in this apartment. Maintenance of the pool performed by the owner.
