Villa Manolya, is comfortable, well decorated, well equipped in a unique elevated position with full open views of the Kyrenia mountains (with no neighbours on one side) and with attractive sea views. It is in a peaceful location with exotic greenery (e.g. lemon tree lined cul de sac), birds chirping away, no noise and a few local professional families. The house is on its own spacious plot with a 3 aspect garden incl. a totally private main garden with seating and BBQ facing the mountains and hillside villages in the foreground. A a larger than usual 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is in front of the lounge terraces which also enjoy sea glimpses. The house is comfortably furnished with the advantages of having 2 lounges (one with fireplace, library and Wi Fi station) and another linked to a modern well equipped open plan kitchen. Includes 3 dbl bedrooms, with full seaviewsbalconies, 3 bathrooms and plenty of outdoor seating. Close to pleasant beaches, other facilities and old port town.
