a destination resort with beautiful beaches and boardwalks, Arcachon is the largest town on the bay of Arcachon, which empties into the Atlantic just 45 minutes west of Bordeaux. the bay is Europe's oyster capital, and is a commercial and sport fishing center. Beautiful beaches, both on the bay and the ocean, and all kinds of water sports and shopping await you, or you can use it as a base to explore the Bordeaux wine country or the Basque region and the Pyrenees.

  • Rentals are from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning, and price depends on season. High season is July and August, 1300 euros a week or dollar equivalent. Shoulder season is June and September which is 1100 euros a week. All other weeks are 900 euros. Discounts for multiple weeks: subtract 5 from the total for each additional week. To hold the week, a 10 deposit with the remainder due 30 days before your visit.
