  • Damage deposit : 500 €
  • Advance payment : 50% of the rental price.
  • Reservation deposit : 50% of the rental price.
  • A 50 confirmation deposit is required when booking (bank transfer). The remainder is payable in cash on arrival. There´s a Euro 250 cancellation fee if notification is received more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, if notification is received less than 60 days prior to the arrival day, the full confirmation deposit is forfeited. A security deposit of EURO 500 cash is required on arrival, this will be released to you on your last day subject to no damage. A rental agreement is necessary.
