Originally a farm house, it was restored while respecting local traditional architecture, and offers a panoramic view of the countryside of Umbria, near the village of San Venanzo. Within a natural setting of rolling hills, the 300 square meters house is surrounded by an olive grove and a very pleasant landscaped garden with a vast lawn, many fruit trees and a vegetable garden, each of which one can benefit from according to the season of the year. The pool (6x12 meters) looks over the countryside and, thanks to a shaded pergola, one can pleasantly relax during the hottest hours. A vast portico allows one to have lunch or dinner outside, during the summer. The house is built on two levels and can accommodate 9 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one living room with a piano, another living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a large kitchen.
