You like to have both hill and sea near the house? So Loma Bonita will be the right thing for you. The house was built 2 years ago and offers all comfort and a very nice panoramic view; the equipment is new. There is a nice swimming pool (7,5 m x 3,5 m and deep 1,20 m) and when entering in the house you will find at the ground floor a big open space for living and dinner room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a family bedroom, and one with two single beds), bathroom with shower, and large terrace, where you can sit in the calmness of the countryside and spend long evenings of relax with romantic dinners and look at the sea. Upstairs you will find an attic where you can choose a family bedroom or two single beds, bathroom with shower and solarium. There is also a service area with washing machine. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and has a private parking. Welcome refreshments and snacks upon arrival.

The small village of Montigiano is very close to the beach, it’s only 10 km, Pisa 20 km, Lucca 15 km, Florence and Siena 90 km, Carrara and Marble Quarries 25 km, Cinque Terre 60 km. All those places have their particular history and several monuments and museums to see. You can enjoy the quiet of the place and the fresh air of the mountains, but at only 15 min. you find everything (disco, pubs, restaurants…).

Arrival and departures are set on Saturdays: The house will be at disposal of our guest at 16.00 o’clock and must be left before 10.00 o’clock. Swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09. A caution of 400.00 Euro must be given at the time of booking to have the warranty of availability of the house. Security deposit: 300 Euro.

Ski: Montigiano is near the two most important Ski areas in Tuscany Abetone and Cerreto Laghi. The first Ski resort has a large number of runs of all levels and has a link with the Ski area of Monte Cimone. The second Ski resort has a little number of runs (of all levels) but has a modern indoor ice stadium for Ice Skating. From Montigiano you can reach the two resorts in the same time by car, about 90 min.

Golf: Golf playing is being always more successful in Italy and the area is well organized and furnished in golf courses: At 20 min. from the house, you find the 5 holes (soon 9 holes) practice camp of 'Alisei' in Pietrasanta, and the 18 holes of the 'Versilia Golf Club' of Forte dei Marmi. Or anyways less than one hour driving, golf courses like: Tirrenia and Cosmopolitan in Pisa, Montecatini, Prato, Punta Ala, Castelfalfi and many others.

Very lomo...

We did enjoy our stay in Lomo Bonita very much, the house is in a excellent condition, every thing to make your holiday perfect is available.
Outside BBQ, washing machine, dish washer, TV, Internet (at least when we were there), enough towels etc, etc.
Bedrooms are spacious, clean bathrooms, swimming pool!!, (the garden at the swimming pool is very private, one can get an even tan)
Quiet (sometimes a barking dog), great views at all sides, Jacopo and Nallely provide every service you can imagine, all the facilities are in near distance, beaches, culture ( go see the concerts in Pieve a Ellici every sunday in July and August), great restaurants for every budget ( visit Gandalla in Lombrici or La Bilancia in Massarosa)

Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett und bemüht, ohne dabei auch nur einen Moment zu stören. Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Obwohl es in hügeliger Landschaft liegt, ist es mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, und die Ausstattung lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Ein idealer Urlaubsort für Menschen, die einerseits Ruhe suchen, andererseits auch mal Ausflüge in die tolle Toskana unternehmen möchten!
