This modern villa is built on part of an old mature orchard of olive and almond trees in the tiny hamlet of Canal, nestling in the quiet foothills of the charming village of Santa Barbara de Nexe. It has open views towards the coast and surrounding hills. It is surrounded by a large garden. Outside there is a partially shaded terrace with an awning, a private swimming pool with a brick BBQ and a car-parking area.

The pretty small towns of Loule and Sao Bras are 10 minutes' drive. There are good supermarkets in Almancil, Loule and at the Forum Algarve in Faro.
