Apartment in a small four-storey building, beach 100 metres away. This apartment is located on first floor. View over sea, the Pyrenees and Empuriabrava canals. The apartment has a large terrace and two balconies which face the canals. 100 metres from shops, you can let your car parked during your whole holidays, and walk to the beach, to shops and to the restaurants. Everything is nearby. Parking here is not a problem since the sea boulevard and the town centre boulevard are just close to the building with hundreds of free off-street parking.

During peak season (July and August) the rental lasts at least 7 nights and begins on Saturdays. The apartment is available the day of your arrival from 4 pm and has to be checked out the day of your departure before 12 am. During off-peak season, rentals have to last a weekend at least. During weekends the apartment is available on Friday from 12 am to Sunday evening before 7 pm. Although Easter, May 1st and Pentecost weekends do not correspond to summer peak-season, they are included in the peak season rates.
