This beautiful light & airy apartment on the 1st floor (no lift) is an ideal family retreat or peaceful hide away with its fantastic location only 20 mt. from the beautiful beach of La Cala. You can stroll on the wide promenade to Benidorm where you can enjoy old or new Spain at any time of the year. If you do not wish to walk, take advantage of the local bus service every 20 min from the bus stop at the beach. For those not wishing to move from the beach La Cala offers a wide range of restaurants, shops & other local amenities, for the more serious shopper why not visit Carrefour or the shopping complex of La Marina only five minutes away by car, for the brave hearted and young at heart you could visit the Terra Mitica theme park. Once at the apartment you have a wonderful coast & inland region to explore the seaside villages to large cities cultural & historical sites to the traditional town & village markets where a bargain can be done. Explore & enjoy, as we have for 20 years.

This is a quiet residential area of the Benidorm region but with the most beautiful beaches with great water sports and all the local amenities, local bakery newsagent bars ice cream parlour and much more, to give you and all your friends a wonderful holiday. The area offers everything from a full gala dinner at the Benidorm palace to the theme parks, tapas bars local markets and favourite stores. You may wish to venture further a field up into the Jalon valley and buy wine direct from the local producers, Guadalest in the mountains Altea on the coast, Villa Joyosa for it wonderful chocolate there is so much to enjoy in this beautiful region so please come and enjoy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Key deposit of 200.00 euro is due on arrival and is fully refundable unless any damage is done to apartment or contents. Linen bedding and cleaning is provided at a rate of 75 Euros for each week you stay and to be paid in full with you final balance 6 weeks before arrival. Arrival at the apartment should be after 3 pm and departure sholud be no later than 10 am, if you have any problems due to flights, rail or local transport issue please make us aware so we can try to make alternative arrangements. On certain occasions this may not be possible.
  • we ask for a 250.00 Euro deposit on booking and the final balance paid 6 weeks before arrival in Spain, if you have any questions please ask.
