Set in Montigiano on the quiet Versilia hills the House Dolce Colle is an ideal place for your holidays. Enjoy the wonderful sightsee over the sea and the red fire sunsets. Using as a refugee from the city chaos or as base for your journey to art cities, every expectation will be accomplished. Thanks to its position you will enjoy the breeze and the fresh of hills where spending long evenings of relax in company, maybe enjoying a drink on the swimming pool. Dolce Colle has two cars private parking place, a garden with an oven for a barbecue, a 6x4 m. wide, 1,20 m. deep swimming pool, deckchairs and a table. Entering the house you will find at the ground floor a big open space for living and a dinner room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a family bedroom and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and a large terrace. Upstairs you will find an attic with a family bedroom, bathroom and solarium. There is a tavern with washing machine & ironing tools located downstairs.

Other places that worth’s are Pietrasanta full of marble art and called “the little Athen and Puccini's festival”.

Local festival includes Puccini's opera festival between July and August in the Open theatre lake-side. In Lucca it will be the 'Volto Santo' in September. Between February and March it will be the famous Viareggio carnival. In this year the Viareggio carnival takes place from 09/02/2006 to 05/03/2006. The corpus domini set in June located in Camaiore. In June and in August there will be the ancient Siena's contest

Art: Tuscany is rich of art, almost the 80% of ancient art in the world is located in Italy and almost the 30 % of it is located in Tuscany. In 70 Km you can reach Florence to see Uffizi David Giotto's tower and Medici palace. In Siena (140 km) you will see the famous square, and the Mangia Tower. In Pisa you will see the leaning tower and the most beautiful square in the world 'The miracle square'.

Sports: Lot of sports you can practice here, from water-sports like swimming, surfing, wind-surfing, sailing, water jet to other sports like horse riding, mountain bike, cycling, mounting, tennis, soccer, volleyball and many other you can just think of.

Golf: There is a nice golf course in the nearby: Exactly located in Forte dei Marmi(about 15 km) and it consist in a 18 holes course.
