Located in a rural area between the tourist villages of Eraclea Mare (1,5 km) and Caorle (8 km), this cottage is situated in an extremely quiet and relaxing position between open countryside and the sea. The original building was a typical old farmhouse and conservative renovation work by the owners has converted it into a comfortable cottage with its own private patio. Extensive use of cotto for the floors and wooden beams has created an attractive rustic style. Furnishings are comfortable, simple and tasteful. The cottage has air conditioning, heating, safe, hair-dryer, satellite TV and a direct-dial telephone as well as a patio with table and chairs for outside dining. Our site facilities include beach, outside showers, communal garden, dining furniture, sun-loungers, barbeque, car park, use of laundry, bicycle hire. Enjoy our extra services: baby sitting, daily cleanings and maid service, daily change of towels.

There is so much more to the Veneto than just Venice, but surely Venice is difficult to beat. Away from the bustle of Venice, the Veneto possesses some of Italy's most prosperous and beautiful cities: Verona with its 1st century Roman Amphitheatre; Vicenza, the city of Palladio; Padova rich in art and architecture. Travelling through a mellow countryside of vineyards, small hamlets, stately homes and Palladion villas are scenes which seem to have been plucked from child's picture book. Situated not far from these fantastic locations this cottage is a valid and convenient alternative to hotels and crowded cities, giving guests autonomy and freedom in the greatest of privacy.

  • Prices include: VAT, use of the apartment (water, gas and power) house bed linen and 3 bath towels per person, for the kitchen table cloth and dish cloths, courtesy kit; air conditioning/heating, safe, Sat TV, access to the beach along with 2 sun-deck-chairs + 1 chair and 1 beach umbrella per apartment; 2 reserved car places per apartment. For stays longer than 1 week: weekly change of linen, weekly change of towels.
  • Prices do not include: weekly and final cleanings, phone/Internet consumption (Euro 0,20 per unit), washing machine (Euro 5,00 per washing), maid service, extra change of towels, mountain bikes (Euro 3,00 per day or Euro 15,00 per week/bike). Baby's crib with house linen (Euro 20,00 per week). Compulsory refundable damage deposit: Euro 150 on arrival, given back at the end of the stay.

Jeweils 3 Häuser im Reihenhausstil, sehr gepflegt mit viel Grün und komfortabel ausgestattet.Für Familien prima ! Spielwiese direkt vorm Haus, Strand klein aber fein und ganz nah. Mit den Betontreppen konnten wir ganz gut leben, da man darauf gut die Liegen abstellen konnte. Der Strand ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber dafür hat man ihn fast alleine. Zur Muschelsuche und zum Sandburgen bauen gut geeignet, fanden jedenfalls unsere Kinder ( 9 und 3 Jahre). Sehr flach abfallendes Ufer ! Falls man genug vom Meerwasser hat, ist der Pool im benachbarten Objekt "Dune" eine gute Bade-Alternative. Man könnte aber auch einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig machen :-)

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern ( 11 und 7 Jahre) Mitte Mai 08 in le Spighe. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Terrassen, einmal für die Morgensonne und einmal für die Abendsonne. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich nur ein paar Minuten. Wir werden sicher nächstes Jahr wieder hier her kommen. Die Besitzerfamilie kümmert sich selbst um das Wohl der Familie. Noch zu erwähnen wäre das ca. 100 Meter entfernte Hotel mit Pool und Restaurant. Dieses gehört auch Familie Pasti. In dem Lokal kann man super gut essen.

Für Familien mit Kindern bestens geeignet, sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung incl. W-Lan-Zugang und Klimaanlage.
Der Strand ist leider sehr bescheiden-
viel Beton und wenig Sand, dafür hat man ihn auch fast
allein. Auto sollte man dabei haben, ist ziemlich außerhalb.
