Provencal house situated adjacent to the medieval village of Seillans, 'one the prettiest village of France'. View the landscape and surrounding villages from the 10 x 5 m heated swimming pool, located in a quiet park of 5000 sq m amidst terraced olive groves, oak and pine trees, lawn, bathed in the perfumes of Provence. This secluded location (no through road) offers a choice of the spectacular new 'Four Seasons Golf and Country Club' (2) 18 hole courses and the Gliding Club of Fayence on your doorstep. With the A8 Autoroute in 20mins you have access to Cannes, Nice Airport, St. Tropez and Fréjus. Lac St.Cassien for fishing and water sports like rowing, sailing and pedaloes is not far away. There are restaurants in the surroundings (15 min). The property is made up of two semi-detached completely independent houses, called 'Olivia’ and 'Marina’. On the property there is also a ground sport on sand 20 x 10 m (see details).

Schöne Villa in angenehmer Umgebung

Wir haben die Zeit in der schönen, gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Ortes für sich in einem kleinen Waldstück. Da wir (meine beiden Söhne und ich) nur dritt waren, hatten wir sehr reichlich Platz und jeder ein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnbereich ist offen und großzügig. Auch für sechs ist sicher genug Platz; erst mit acht Leuten wird es vielleicht ein bißchen eng. Besonders schön ist der offene Kamin, den wir angesichts des kühlen Wetters im Mai öfters in Betrieb genommen haben. Die Küche war mit allem Erforderlichen zum Kochen ausgestattet (einmal gab es ein ganzes Kaninchen vom Markt), auch ordentliches Geschirr war reichlich vorhanden.
An einem Abend wurden wir vom netten Vermieterehepaar, die an der Kopfseite des Hauses wohnen, zum leckeren Abendessen eingeladen. Auch sonst waren Patricia und Henri mit Tips und Empfehlungen zur Stelle (einschließlich einer gemeinsamen Einkaufstour zu Weingut, Markt und Bäckerei), ohne daß wir uns von ihnen in unserer Privatsphäre gestört gefühlt hätten. Die schöne Terasse am Haus haben wir ebenso wie den gepflegten Pool wetterbedingt nur wenig nutzen können. An die Terrasse schließt sich ein großer Garten an; von Nachbarn - auch denen im gleichen Haus - bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Ggf. muß man sich mit den Bewohnern der anderen Wohnung den Pool teilen.
Alles in allem ist La Mancha nicht ganz billig, aber ohne Einschränkungen für einen ruhigen Urlaub in angenehmer Atmosphäre zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in Marina sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Angaben im Internet zur Unterkunft sind in jeder Hinsicht korrekt.
Die sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter rundet unseren sehr positven Eindruck ab. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
