Provencal house situated adjacent to the medieval village of Seillans, 'one the prettiest village of France'. View the landscape and surrounding villages from the 10 x 5 m heated swimming pool, located in a quiet park of 5000 sq m amidst terraced olive groves, oak and pine trees, lawn, bathed in the perfumes of Provence. This secluded location (no through road) offers a choice of the spectacular new 'Four Seasons Golf and Country Club' (2) 18 hole courses and the Gliding Club of Fayence on your doorstep. With the A8 Autoroute in 20mins you have access to Cannes, Nice Airport, St. Tropez and Fréjus. Lac St.Cassien for fishing and water sports like rowing, sailing and pedaloes is not far away. There are restaurants in the surroundings (15 min). The property is made up of two semi-detached completely independent houses, called 'Olivia’ and 'Marina’. On the property there is also a ground sport on sand 20 x 10 m (see details).

This apartment of 150 sq m(1sqm approx. =10 sq ft) is fully equipped (mod. appliances) with antiques and comfortable furniture and fully self-contained with a private dining terrace; Kitchen gas hob 4 ring stove, el. oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, crockery and utensils for cooking; coffee maker, toaster, el. kettle, iron with iron table. Living room: living area (8 persons), TV satellite, video, hi-fi, CD, radio, DVD. Dining room: seating for 8 persons. Bedrooms: 2 double, 1 with 2 bunk-beds. Each with wardrobe. Bathroom bath, shower, separate WC, double washbasins. Local visitor entrance hall: separate WC, washbasin, wardrobe. Outside: dining terrace equipped of teak furniture (8 people), and private barbecue; an elevated large heated swimming pool with own solar shower, beach chairs and sun bed-a child safety fence- enjoying a marvellous panorama view ;parking, tennis table, ground sport on sand (20 x 10 m) for volleyball, basket, handball, badminton, football.

All conveniences are less than 10 minutes (bakery, supermarket, several restaurants, chemist...). The Cote d'Azur resorts can be reached via the A8 motorway (15 minutes). We are at a 45 minutes drive to Nice airport and 35 minutes to Frejus railway station; 30 minutes from the famous canyons of the 'Gorge du Verdon' for canoeing and angling, visiting famous vineyards from the area 'Rosé de Provence'... LA MANCHA is classified with 3 stars by the Tourism Office of Var department.

schön war es bei euch, wir sind so herzlich von euch aufgenommen worden, dass wir immer wieder kommen werden. In der grosszügigen Wohnung Marina haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und Euren schönen Garten mit Pool konnten wir jeden Tag mit unseren zwei Hunden auch geniessen.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr liebe und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus.
Traumhafte Umgebung und sehr aufmerksame und herzliche Vermieter mit denen schon vorab ein reger Kontakt bestand. Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Region sind sehr empfehlenswert.
Für alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht ist gesorgt und der große Salzwasserpool einfach Klasse.
Ein großes Plus Vermieter sind sehr Tierlieb, unser Hund war dort einfach nur happy.
Wenn es irgendwie möglich wird kommen wir gerne wieder.
