A beautiful detached restored cottage. The careful reservation works were done in 1998 while keeping in mind the original structures. Equipped with the best comfort, antique furniture, terracotta floors and wooden beams are in the house and the apartments have an original Tuscan atmosphere. The cottage is surrounded by 8 ha of vineyards from the famous owner of Sandro Chia, wine producer and world-wide known artist. A few of the vineyards are located only a few meters from the cottage and invite you to dream. The cottage is on a hill and has a 360 degree view. To the east you will find the famous abbey of San Atimo, to the south-west you will see the highest mountain in the region Monte Amiata and to the north west you will see the hilly landscape of Montalcino. Upon request, we offer a wine taste and dinner in a stunning restaurant.

Poggio 1 is an impressive apartment with high rooms, beams and a stunning fireplace that invites you to relax and dream. A large kitchen is completely equipped equipped with a large dining table and all comforts. It is a small studio with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have a comfortable bathroom with a separate entrance. The living room is equipped with a beautiful sofa, arm chair and an open fireplace.
