A beautiful detached restored cottage. The careful reservation works were done in 1998 while keeping in mind the original structures. Equipped with the best comfort, antique furniture, terracotta floors and wooden beams are in the house and the apartments have an original Tuscan atmosphere. The cottage is surrounded by 8 ha of vineyards from the famous owner of Sandro Chia, wine producer and world-wide known artist. A few of the vineyards are located only a few meters from the cottage and invite you to dream. The cottage is on a hill and has a 360 degree view. To the east you will find the famous abbey of San Atimo, to the south-west you will see the highest mountain in the region Monte Amiata and to the north west you will see the hilly landscape of Montalcino. Upon request, we offer a wine taste and dinner in a stunning restaurant.

The private entrance is located on the side of the pool and offers a breath-taking view of the valley. The apartment has 2 bedrooms that are equipped with beautiful antique furniture. The iron beds give the apartment the charm of a small castle. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, the dining area has a large beautiful table. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom; one of which has a bathtub. The outdoor area is designed with love and has different dining areas and BBQ options.

These shops give you the option to purchase local products with high quality. Montalcino is an ideal starting point for excursions with the bike, on foot or with a car. The beautiful village festivals and the music events during the summer in Fortezza are accessible for all. For the tasting of the annual Brunello, entrance tickets are provided for the customers.
