Villa l’Albero is a luxury villa completely independent and totally restored with air conditioning and WI-FI ADSL internet connection. The villa sits on an wonderful 10 acres estate of olive groves with a large private swimming pool overlooking the magnificent Chianti countryside. Its isolated and dominant position ensures complete tranquillity and a spectacular view across the hills of the Florence countryside. The 4090 sq.ft Villa is spacious yet cozy, fully restored in harmony with the traditional tuscan style and offers all modern comforts. The accomodations can sleep up to 14 people. Perfect for vacation with friends or the family. In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the swimming pool (6 m x 12 m -20 ft x 40 ft - available from May1st through October 31 st.) ensures sun continuously from morning till evening.
During the rental period, the owner lives in the restored barn behind the main house in order to guarantee total independence, complete privacy and exclusive use of the swimming pool to guests.
The Villa includes 3 panoramic terraces under the trees, open to the beauty of the surrounding countryside and to the swimming pool where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner.
The 4090-square-foot Villa offers a very spacious ambient. It is fully restored in harmony with traditional style of Tuscany and boasts all modern comforts with luxurious accommodations. The living area consist of a large double living room with a giant Tuscan fireplace, 1 comfortable 3 places sofa and 2 armchairs, LCD TV 30" flat panel, first class "Denon" Hi-fi system, CD and DVD player, CD's collection (Classic, Jazz, Salsa, Pop), cordless phone, free WI-FI ADSL Internet connection. The living room has big double doors with direct access to the large main terrace (1000 sq-ft) where it is a pleasure to have lunch or dinner under the "Platane" tree in front of the splendid panorama over the Chianti hills.
The dining room seats 16 people on two tables and have an intimate salon with a double sofa bed (for 2 extra persons over 12), two armchairs where you can admire two full size Leonardo da Vinci's painting: "Sant'Anna, la Vergine, il Bambino" (1506-1508) and "Dama con l'ermellino" (1488-1490).
The large kitchen with his own fireplace got all the cooking equipment for at least 20 persons. It is well equipped with 5 burner stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Office room with phone/fax, scanner, printer and free Internet access ADSL WI-FI.
Villa l'Albero is original and artistic, and conveys an atmosphere of total privacy. This place was designed with loving care. Over the years, the owner of the house planned the renoon on his own with a sharp eye. He tastefully designed the interior using selected objects and carefully-chosen furnishings. The result is a true masterpiece. State-of-the-art facilities are hidden behind an unpretentious, but utterly charming surface that resembles a monastic-like simplicity. This simplicity is not accidental but the result of meticulous design deliberately limiting the furnishings to the essentials. The design was always determined by one leitmotif, namely to respect and retain the gracefulness and simplicity of the old farmhouse in harmony with its rural setting. The planning proficiently takes advantage of the natural incidence of light, which is even more important than the furnishings: the rooms overlook the valley and have been opened by round arches. The sun's rays produce a fascinating atmosphere and accentuate the plainness of the interior. The beautiful oak furniture from bygone days is unadorned and harmonizes with the antique stone, the terra-cotta floors, and the warm tones of the roof beams, to create a very nostalgic country atmosphere. Visitors can relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings - the rooms are reminiscent of paintings.
Notwithstanding its antique style, the Villa offers all modern comforts.
The accommodations with 6 bedrooms and 6 private bathrooms are on two floors.
Ground floor:
One suite with double bed, salon and LCD Satellite TV, private bathroom (shower, bidet, wc) and terrace. One double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, bidet) and separate wc.
First floor:
The remain 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and consist of 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom (tub/shower, bidet, wc) - 2 twin bedrooms - 2 twin bedrooms with private bathroom (tub/shower, bidet, wc).
You have also 2 cots and 2 baby chairs for your child.

Its astonishing restoration has maintained the traditional Tuscan style saving the old terracotta, the wood beamed ceilings and stone portals made of lovely 'pietra serena' The furnishings are purposely rather sober and authentic, but bedrooms boast beautiful and very elegant wrought-iron and candidly white bedspreads, old rustic dressers and other furniture from by-gone days, all creating a very nostalgic and 'retro' country atmosphere of beauty and harmony

First floor: a beautiful large kitchen- laundry/utility room - 1 suite with parlour, bedroom with large bed, private bathroom / shower, WC and terrace - 1 bedroom with large bed and private bathroom / shower, WC - an office room with Internet connexion, fax and photocopy - a large dining room with 2 tables seating 16 and a parlour - a beautifull living room with big Tuscan fireplace, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and direct access to the green terrace open on the panoramic view.
