Three charming apartments in a small villa with just four homes set in a tourist area on the bay of Follonica, between the famous and fashionable Punta Ala and the city of Follonica. The apartments are approx. 300 m from the sea as the crow flies. Approx. 800 m from Cala Felice (bar, restaurant, pebble beach, huts, beach chairs, sun umbrellas - possibility to hire from the owner), the large sandy public beaches are approx. 1 km away, one of which is particularly beautiful (4 km away) and is situated in a splendid rocky coastline with typical Mediterranean shrubbery, accessible only on foot, by bicycle or by boat (Cala Violina, white sand).
