Ideally located in the heart of Bordeaux, this brand new studio apartment with separate sleeping area, is luxuriously appointed with all amenities. It is situated in an XVIIIth century20stone building, facing South, making it bright and sunny. The Rue Huguerie is a very pleasant city street, with lots of nice restaurants. Fully equipped and furnished, completely renovated to a very high standard in March 2009. Wooden floors, very comfortable queen-size bed in secluded and private sleeping area, en-suite shower room with separate toilet . Two large XVIII century high windows let the sunshine in and make the apartment very bright. Quiet building, public car park within 3 minutes walk. Undoubtedly the finest location to fully enjoy our beautiful UNESCO listed city ! High-class shopping, supermarket and grocery stores, boulangeries, newspapers etc, right at your doorstep. Following an insopection by the Board of Tourism on 150509, the apartment has been rated as a 3 star property.
