Oleron, Grand Village Beach, new villa for 6 people with air conditioning, garden and private swimming pool, located on a large 8000 m2 wooded terrain (open to tenants), next to a bicycle trail, 500 m from all shops and 1500 m from the beach (regular shuttle during the summer or 10 min by bike trail). You enter the main room (heated) with a living room (LCD TV, DVD player, HiFi stereo) a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer ,,,,). One bathroom and a separate WC. Three bedrooms: a 140cm canopy bed 2 single mattress bunk bed a 140cm forged iron bed. Garden includes: garden furniture, barbecue, swimming pool surrounded by a wooden patio deck with forged iron lawn chairs and a thatch umbrella (vacation time!)
