Many activities are available: horse riding, tennis, river (fishing, swimming), area with rich cultural heritage, barge ride on the Canal du Midi, numerous wine-tasting cellars nearby. Ideally located, 10 minutes to Narbonne, 25 minutes to large sandy beaches (Gruissan, Narbonne Plage, St Pierre), you will also be able to immerse yourself into the Cathar Country visiting all the Minervois castles and the famous, very close fortified town of Carcassonne. For sportspeople, canoeing, mountain bike, hikes and horse rides, windsurfing (famous spot), climbing, speleology, golf, and above all brightly sun guaranteed.

The property is available from 4pm on the arrival day and has to be checked out on the departure day before 12am. During mid season and low season, weekend rentals are possible.   • There is a bathroom with two bowls and a large mural mirror; under which are two big cupboards and four drawers to keep your stuff. Above the bathtub, a window will allow you to ventilate the room. A low wall and scroll swinging western doors separate the toilet. The whole space is tastefully fitted out, with a grey and white camaïeu appealing to relax. The top-floor shower room receives the morning sun by a window that faces the garden. It is equipped with two bowls under which there is storing space, a large mural mirror and a shower tub.

  • On top floor, there are four attic bedrooms with beautifying exposed beams. The first one is very bright, with a double (160cm-wide) bed, equipped with a cupboard with antique doors, a window overlooking the garden and horses, a chest of drawers, a TV set, a VCR and two chairs. The other three rooms are all equipped with two single beds that can be put together to make a large 160cm-wide one if you want to. They also have the whole necessary storing space. They are furnished with care and attention to detail. The ground floor bedroom, equipped with a double 140cm-wide bed, is next to the bathroom; its large window faces the countryside and vineyards.
