The villa, which is completely fenced-in, is surrounded by a property of approx. 2 hectares with olive trees, hazel groves and a fruit orchard: a shaded lawn surrounds the accommodation with a swimming pool (6x12.5, with exedra) with a spill over edge and a pool-house with changing room, shower and large portico equipped with a 12-person table, wood-burning oven, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher, ice-maker, ideal for outdoor dining. The outbuilding is located near the villa and offers an excellent level of privacy. The accommodation offers a good level of peace and quiet. View of the garden and of mount Soratte and the Sabina mountains in the distance. Various necropolises in the area can be visited (Necropolises of Musate, S. Antonio, Paciano, Grotta Porciosa, etc.).
