Beautiful villa with large private swimming pool, set in 7000 m2 of garden and mature forest, surrounded by hills and just 2 kilometres from the unspoilt village of Claviers.By air: To Nice (Easyjet, Jet2...), Toulon or Marseilles (45 mins to 1 hour by rental car) The spacious living area, under an oak beamed cathedral-style ceiling, comprises a living room with log burning chimney, and large dining room separated by a low wall from the well-equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead to a wide south facing terrace and vine covered pergola where a magnificent oak tree provides shady dining in summer. Claviers is a delightful unspoilt French village, dating from the 16th century, situated mid-distance between the coast and the Alps at 400 meters elevation. There are 2 restaurants, a bakery, bar and general store, plus a wide choice of restaurants in the nearby picturesque villages of Fayence, Callas, Bargemon, Seillans etc
