  • 30 % deposit will secure dates (none refundable). £300 refundable bond is required 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Check-in from 4pm on arrival day, and property must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day. The property will be cleaned throughout before arrival and after departure this is not chargeable. Any additional cleaning (spillages etc.) needed will be chargeable.
