Beautiful farm in Périgord of the 18th century, renovated with care in the regional tradition, located in a preserved site, at the middle of 15 ha of meadows and woods, but close to all main tourist sites of Périgord, its orientation allows it to benefit from a maximum sunshine, from the morning and until late in the evening. The farm will satisfy those who love relaxation with its private pool and its shadowed terrace, as well as the most exacting clients by its careful decoration and its high standard and air conditioned bedrooms. Particularly attached to the success of your stay, we have implemented a serial of personal programs (such as, for example, our "sun insurance" or our "full fridge" service) and we have studied diverse optional possibilities to satisfy you (piano at your disposal, sportive initiations, accommodation for horses, etc...).

We will offer you a drink as our welcome, and for us to get to know each other better, we will define your expectations and answer to your possible questions. Since our house is next to your renting, we will be available, if you want, to guide your stay and to give you information about our beautiful area, by committing ourselves to preserve your peace. We suggest you to rent this gite from Saturday after 16pm, to Saturday before 10am. We are at your disposal to study other possibilities which can suit you better. The linen (including beach towels) will be changed on Wednesday, at your better convenience. The cleaning will be done by your caretakers during the stay, an amount of 100 Euros will be demanded at your departure for the complementary cleaning.

  • Your renting has two distinct buildings, the "Périgourdine" and the "Clédier", which delineate with a large barn a private garden where you can take your meals at the shadow of an age-long walnut tree. The Périgourdine contains a bedroom in the ground floor (with its private WC and bathroom: bath, shower, 2 hand basins) and two bedrooms upstairs (with, each, its shower room, hand basin and WC). All bedrooms have air-conditioning and are equipped with high standard bedding (Hästens) of 180x200cm; one of the bedrooms upstairs can be arranged on request, into 2 single beds of 90cm. The Clédier has a suite with air-conditioning for two people: living room with bread oven, bedroom in mezzanine (bed of 150x200cm), shower room, hand basin and private WC. The Clédier has also a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing table and iron, wash basin.

The building has a high speed internet access (Wireless) and hi-fi system, as well as a living room with TV flat screen of 102cm, TNT decoder, DVD player and amplification 5.1 (home cinema). For those who love eating, its kitchen is equipped with a real cooking range with 2 ovens, grill and 5 induction plates. The private and secured pool (with alarm) has large dimensions (10x5, flat depths 1.4m), and is disinfected by an automatic system "with salt"; we assure the periodic care. There is a beautiful terrace with umbrella and eight deckchairs. A second shadowed terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs (teak) which can welcome 8 people; you can use the barbecue Weber for free. Household linen is provided (including beach towels).
