Apartment located in a little quiet residence, at 100 m from the beaches. Balcony with magnificent sea and Laîta river views (the Laîta river is the limit between Finistère and Morbihan departments). Fully renovated apartment in the first semester of 2009, the priority was the quality. Putting new furniture (kitchen furniture and beds). New equipments (flat screen TV TNT, dishwasher...). The work was done according to the following objectives: to optimize the life space; to take advantage of the sea view; to increase the comfort; to give "character" to this apartment.

Nearest Airport: Lann-Bihouée at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Lorient at 15 Kilometres
The apartment is located at Guidel-Plages, in a little residence, close to the beach. Guidel-Plages is a seaside resort located at the mouth of the Laîta river, this river is the limit between Morbihan and Finistère. A 20 km coastal road joints Guidel-Plages to Lorient, with several beaches and typical harbours (Fort-Bloqué, Kerroch, Lomener, Larmor-Plage...). To Finistère side, the more "shatted" coast offers diferent views of Morbihan, particularly Döelan harbour and Poudu beaches. Many footpaths allow taking advantage of all these landscapes. This area is well connected by the regular bus lines and the shops, Guidel has several.
