Here in Luberon there is a simply welcoming house, in front of it a meadow with some fruit trees, two oak trees, 2 cypresses, then a vineyard field and further the hills. The Potironne is a 140sqm house next to a little hamlet near Villars in the Luberon Park. It is composed of 3 luminous bedrooms, 2 upstairs, common bathroom, Italian style shower, separate toilet, one on the ground floor with shower room accessible to people with limited mobility, Italian style shower, separate toilet, a kitchen opened to a large living room, living/dining room, the whole well equipped. Large bay windows open to a beautiful terrace, shadowed arbour of 70sqm. Outside, the landscape meadow leads to the secure pool area of 90sqm (swimming pool 28sqm), closed property, automatic gate, intercom, parking space for 2 cars...
