Accommodations obtained from the restoration of part of an ancient 18th century olive oil mill that is part of an ancient villa in the hills that rise above the Versilia. Beautiful views of the hills and the Apuan Alps with a glimpse of the sea. The accommodations are characterised by old materials that were used in their restoration (wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiles). The apartments, cared for in every last detail, have a small private natural lawn as well as a shared outdoor area with garden furniture for outdoor dining (barbecue), swimming pool (5x7) with salt water shared with the owner built into a terrace .
