It is an independent lovely house with an own garden (300 m²). It has a fully furnished and equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (completely restored) and a new fully equipped kitchen-dining-sitting room with fireplace (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, parquet). The garden has a built-in barbecue area and a lovely dining area in the patio. That offers complete privacy. Just a few meters away from the villa there is a gorgeous white sandy beach. The village is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for calmness and relaxation. At the same time it provides great leisure and entertainment opportunities; in fact all the shops and facilities, small little restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. are at just a few minutes to drive away.

Geremeas is every vacationer's dream of the perfect place to be. A mere 28 kilometres to the east of the hubbub of Sardinia’s capital, Cagliari, is a resort located, where a section of the coast – not visible from the road – offers the loveliest long white sandy beaches imaginable. This is the first vacation area by the way coming from Cagliari. The village is a peaceful hideaway surrounded by green, making it an ideal place if you are looking for calmness and relaxation. Restaurants, supermarkets, bars, clubs and a water-park etc. are in the area at about 1-3 km, only a few minutes’ drive away in Torre delle Stelle. Other shopping venues include a weekly outdoor market as well as a large selection of restaurants, all in Villasimius, a picturesque seaside village only 10 kilometres away that also has a town square, church and marina. The area inland from Geremeas is also well worth visiting for its forests and unique wildlife located near the Sette Fratelli mountains.

this is one of the most complete holiday homes we have ever rented. it's the small things.....like being picked up by the owner at the airport and arriving in a clean well maintained house stocked with local food supplies, bathrobes that match the colors in the home, beach chairs you can take to the beach, and lots of peace and quiet. everything you need is present, from toaster to coffeemachine to hair dryer. a visit to cagliari seemed "loud" and "noisy", it was nice to return to the peace at villa kiki. a nice quiet beach really is within walking distance. we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. mauro and kiki definitely know what customer service is.

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Ferienhaus ist super von innen und von außen. Uns fällt nichts ein, was zu verbessern wäre. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Kühlschrank mit einer Tagesration gefüllt und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Sogar Holzkohle für den Grill war vorhanden. Mauro (Vermieter) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Per Handy ist er immer zu erreichen gewesen und konnte mit regionalen Informationen immer weiterhelfen. Alles in allem können wir das Haus als "Perfekto" bewerten.

Mit unserer vierköpfigen Familie haben wir schon viele Urlaube in vielen verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen bzw. Ferienhäusern gemacht. Aber hier haben wir etwas absolut neues erfahren und kennengelernt. Unsere Vermieter haben sich perfekt um uns bemüht. Bereits im Vorfeld wurde uns jegliche Hilfestellung z. B. bei der Autoanmietung angeboten. Da wir uns ein Cabrio angemietet haben und somit Probleme mit unserem Gepäck hatten, wurden wir wie selbstverständlich am Flughafen abgeholt. Die Mietwagenübergabe wurde vor allem sprachlich begleitet, was überaus hilfreich war. Im Domizil angekommen, fanden wir alles vor was das Herz begehrt. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Getränken (Saft, Wasser, Bier ...), Gewürze, Olivenöl, Essig, Toastbrot, Butter, Gelee, Nudeln, passierte Tomaten ....., alles was zunächst hatte eigekauft werden müsste war vorhanden. Das war sehr wertvoll, da im Oktober außerhalb der Saison der Einkauf nicht ganz so einfach ist. Viele Märkte sowie auch Restaurants zielen auf den Sommerurlauber ab und hatten bereits geschlossen. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows ist sehr geschmackvoll. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl innen als auch aussen. So beginnt der Urlaub mit der ersten Minute. Das Haus und die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter sind absolut empfehlenswert und hätten auch noch mehr als die fünf zur Verfügung stehenden Sterne verdient ;-). Alles in allem, perfekt !!

We had wonderful vacation in Villetta Kiki. It was really fantastic. The owner is very friendly, the house is beautiful - comfortable and perfectly equiped, the garden is lovely too. We felt at home and we'll come back for sure.

Diese Ferienwohnung hält mehr, als sie verspricht! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Besitzer super gastfreundlich und absolut um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Bei unserer Ankunft waren Schränke und Kühlschrank mit Lebensmittel und Getränken gefüllt, so dass wir für die ersten Tage gut versorgt waren. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden, von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles da. Die anderen Räume sind großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es mangelt an nichts. Es gibt mehr als genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, sogar Fahrräder gehören zum Inventar. Mit den Rädern erreicht man schnell einen kleinen Laden oder auch den schönen (manchmal jedoch recht windigen) Sandstrand. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die beleuchtete Aussendusche, die wir ausgiebig nutzten.

Wir hatten im Villetta Kiki einen sorgenfreien und entspannten Urlaub. Es sind keine Wünsche offengeblieben, und wir können die Anlage wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Slow down in villetta kiki

Villetta Kiki war für uns perfekt eingerichtet, man braucht nicht mehr für einen Erholungsurlaub. Genial waren zum Beispiel auch die verfügbaren Fahrräder, die den - eigentlich kurzweiligen - Weg zum Strand vor allem für Kinder verkürzen helfen.
Am Meer gelangt man an einen Strandabschnitt, in dem man sich als Deutscher wirklich ganz weit weg von zu Hause fühlen kann, da man um sich herum nur Italienisch hört (Mitte August zumindest). Im August hat das Meer eine Temperatur, die selbst "Frostbeulen" wie mich ohne Probleme in die Fluten stürzen lässt.
Die Außendusche im Gartern war das absolute Highlight für unsere vierjährige Tochter. Sie wusch sich sogar freiwillig jeden Tag selbst die Haare :-).
Es gibt so viele Sitz- bzw. Liegegelegenheiten im Garten, dass man die mittägliche Siesta unendlich genießen kann.
Selbst für einen Kurztrip von acht Tagen attraktiv, da man absolut "runterfahren" kann.
Auch wir waren begeistert, dass man für das leibliche Wohl am ersten Tag in der modern ausgestatteten Küche alles finden kann. Nach acht Stunden Autofahrt und 16 Stunden auf der Fähre ist man dann echt glücklich.
Eine gute Pizzeria in unmittelbarer Nähe (4 Minuten zu Fuß) bietet Zuflucht, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Kochen hat.
Ein Trip nach Cagliari ist ebenfalls unproblematisch, man fährt bloß eine starke halbe Stunde bis dorthin.
Bereits bei der Kontaktaufnahme sowie während der Anreise und erst recht bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr aufmerksam von unseren Vermietern betreut und direkt zum Feriendomizil gelotst. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten waren sehr unkompliziert.
