Sabinia 1 and 2 have free access and shared use of the swimming pool (13x6), a beautiful standard size tennis court and a boules pitch which is part of a large country villa only 30 m away (direct access from the gardens), where not only will you find the very kind owners' family, but three small holiday apartments as well. The tennis court can be used free of charge during the day by simply booking it, while at night it costs 8 Euro/hour for the lights. Reserved parking space for each unit. The owner is available for picking up the guests who arrive at the Fara Sabina train station (10 Euro cost) and those who arrive at the Fiumicino airport (100 Euro cost.
