The apartment is located a few km afar from Siena, Greve and Arezzo. It is set in a villa on 3 hectares of land in an idyllic panorama surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that made the Chianti famous throughout the world. An ideal place for those who want to practise trekking and mountain biking and experience a relaxing holiday.

Built in stone with terracotta stone floors, the villa has been completely restructured.the house is composed for one great kitchen with a big fireplace ,living room with sofa-bed a bathroom and two great bedrooms. Ideal for 4 adults and two children.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

We stayed at the villa with our three teenage children and absolutely loved the location. The owner has done an amazing job of restoring the 15th century farm house. The view out of the window was amazing both day and night. The location is a working olive farm on the side of a classic Tuscan mountain. We had breakfast in the Tiki bar by the pool overlooking the olive trees. The owner was freindly, helpful and non-intrusive.
The cottage was clean and well maintained and there was plenty of room for the five of us.
A village with full shopping and internet access is approximately 5 km down the mountain. A stroll about 200 meters up the mountain gets you into Poggio alla Croce which is a quaint italian village.
Florence is approximately 20km North by vehicle.

We loved our stay and have already made several recommendations to friends.

Appartment war in Ordnung, Pool und Außenanlagen gepflegt, ruhige Lage, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, die Wohnungen haben keine eigene Terrasse, trotzdem genügend Sitzgelegenheiten in der Nähe des Pools oder direkt beim Haus.

Insgsamt ein erholsamer und gelungener Urlaub!!!
