The Maison Machecourt is rented for a minimum of two days. The tenants are welcome from 4.00 pm on the scheduled day and must leave the house the day of their departure for the latest at 10.00 am excepted for the short stays when they could stay until 6.00 pm the day of the deperture. The reading of the electric meter is done at the moments of their arrival and departure.

  • Reservation deposit : 50% of the rental price.
  • The price for the house depends on the saison. For the period between the 1st of September and the 30th of June it is of euros 250.00 per week. During that period, it is possible to rent it for the week-end or a few days during the week. The price for the week-end is of euros 150.00. The price for the extra days is calculated per day. The extra bed is of euros 25.00. These prices include the sheet and the towels for two people along with tea towels. There is an extra of euros 20.00 for the cleaning and the electricity is also extra. The booking is definite at the reception of the deposit of 50 of the rent. The balance, cleaning and a guarantee of euros 200.00 are due the day of arrival.
