Enchanting holiday in villas in Umbria. Beautiful estate set on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, comprising a wonderful 18th century villa, occupied by the owners, and 2 farmhouses which were restored with all their original architectural features preserved and turned into 7 charming apartments.
Distances: the small town of Cerbara with food shops 300 m, Città di Castello with all kinds of shops 4 km, Perugia approx. 55 km, Assisi 60 km. Florence is approx. 120 km away. The railway station of Selci is 1,5 km away. A public tennis court is at 4 km, the Spas "Terme di Fontecchio" at 5 km. Horse-back riding facilities and a golf course are approx. 6 km from the property away.
At guests' disposal for a luxury holiday: large shared, equipped outdoor space (partly lawn), swimming pool (17,5 x 7,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area. Washing-machine available. Parking within the grounds. Only small pets are allowed.
Extra services: Baby cot available by arrangement (€ 25,- / per week payment on the spot).

Ground floor: living-room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven), dining area and sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
