Large studio, directed South-western, having seen on the wearing of Nice, 1st port of the Alps Maritime, its pleasure boats and starting points of excursions at sea. With the accesses of this seasonal hiring, all the conveniences are in the vicinity: - the supermarket, its small traders (street Bonaparte), the buses and the tram are with 300m. - the beach, the coach station, the markets (with the flowers and the antique dealers) are with 800m. The principal part of the studio and its marble entry, clearly, are decorated with posters of the Anton painter (this artist exposes to St Paul de Vence). The corner cooks, practical, with its new technical installations (range hood, plate vitroceramics 2 fires, furnace, etc?) and under the plan of preparation, 2 buttons give access to you the freezer-refrigerator and the integrated lava linen. The bathroom, new, is equipped with medical with the pleasant lines, with her large shower, provided with a sliding door and coloured bathroom linens.
