Location: Bordeaux in France

At 100 m from the Place de la Bourse, at the corner of the Place du Parlement, at 300 m of the Ste Catherine street and 500 m of the Grand-théâtre. All the activities and leisure activities of the city can be reached by walking, in a attractive commercial area, very busy for the catering (a lot of restaurants and bars), the culture (Grand-théâtre, Mollat, Machine à lire, Fnac, Virgin bookshops, Utopia cinemas), the business, the tourism and the walks (banks of the Garonne, very popular for the people of Bordeaux, for jogging, shopping, relaxation, animations). Possibility of garage in collective parking for the resident rate. Access in 10 mn at the Saint-Jean station by tram (?Place de la Bourse" station). In 10 mn access to the beltway, with all directions, Toulouse, Arcachon, Paris, Cap Ferret etc.
