Spacious, light-filled, authentically restored country house; tastefully decorated for the discriminating vacationer. In an atmosphere of "rustic elegance", you are surrounded by antique boiseries, exquisite materials (stone, marble, granite), and the finest silks and linens. The surrounding countryside of soft hills and valleys provides an ideal setting for country relaxation. Our commune, Verneuil is a historical (roman) village of charm. We are near cultural centers (Vichy and Moulins) with museums and an active nightlife (opera, theater and casino). The Bourbonnais being the birthplace of the Bourbon dynasty, there is a great density of privatepublic chateaux; most are open to visit. Sport activities are also plentiful; golf, tennis, nautique, horseback riding and hiking. Come enjoy the calm and beauty of the Bourbonnais countryside in an 18th century setting.
