This special, 140 square metre luxury apartment, lies in a former Belle-Epoque style palace facing the Hotel Negresco on the Promenade des Anglais. It has very nice rooms with frescos, mouldings and Hungarian point parquet. Two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, have sea views and an extended balcony. A bedroom looks onto a courtyard. The living/dining room has sea views and a balcony that is equipped with chairs and bistro tables. There is also a living room, a separate equipped kitchen, a shower room with double bowl, a bathroom along with two toilets and a private garage. Luxurious features are provided; the apartment has broadband Internet - WiFi - LCD TV with international channels (BBC, CNN...) and double-glazing. It also has air conditioning and enjoys a lift (it is on 2nd floor). The apartment has high quality bedding (Simmons and Treca) with wrapped springs. The beach is within 50 metres, city centre 100 metres away, it is close to shops, supermarkets and banks.
